Every year in the U.S 24,000 babies are still born and it’s 10x more likely to happen than SIDS, an issue that is talked about very often.⁣ ⁣ Tiffan is the founder of Count The Kicks, an app that allows mothers in their 3rd trimester to track fetal movement in order to decrease the risk of still birth. Meet Tessa. She is a brave public health professional who is breaking the stigma about sexually transmitted infections (STI's). She contracted chlamydia and HPV from her partners and discusses how this impacted her life. 1 in 2 people contract in STI before age 25. STI rates are the HIGHEST they've ever been in the U.S. There is a negative stigma around STI's preventing people from getting tested and treatment. This stigma also creates a barrier for people to disclose to their partners if they've contracted something.
